I used these guys once a couple of years ago and they did such a good job I have hired them to do 4 big jobs since then..including all new floors throughout in several of my businesses. They worked with my schedule so that the job was as least disruptive as possible. Their work holds up and they are as competitive as the next guy. Well done.

I am a repeat customer of Karpet Mart in two commercial buildings and I am also going to have them install flooring in my home eventually. Len is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He came directly to me and brought several samples. He offered to come back with more samples if I didn't see something I liked however I easily found more then one option I liked in the materials he brought with him.

After the loss of my father in law we really needed to move quickly on getting the carpet replaced for the new buyers of his condo so we contacted Karpet and Flooring Mart. Len, the owner, made a special trip out on Sunday to the condo to measure, showed us a few samples and scheduled the installation while sitting with us that day. He was very sympathetic to our situation and without hesitation said, "please do not worry, we got this covered." The installation went smoothly, the furniture was placed back exactly where it was and the entire process went seamlessly so that we could move forward with other pressing matters. A big shout out to a company that really helped us when we needed it the most.

I endorse Karpet Mart without reservation. I had a very good experience with Len at Karpet Mart in the recent re-carpeting at my mother's condominium. Len carefully measured the space and paid careful attention to detail in the selection and installation. Everything went smoothly, on time, and exactly as quoted and ordered. The carpet selection and padding options were great and so was the service. I would use Karpet Mart again and I highly recommend their company.

The owner, Len, came out to our house right after I called for an estimate. My husband and I sat down with him and went over many options for carpeting. He was very professional and seemed honest and straightforward. A very nice guy. We set up a time for installation which had to be moved forward a week due to the installers schedule. But they arrived and finished the job in less than two days which is what he said it would take. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and workmanship. Would recommend this company.

I actually am the owner of a competing company called The Carpet Guys. I want to recognize Karpet and Flooring Mart for being a fantastic representation of what a quality floor covering dealer should perform like. These folks are honest, fair, and dedicated to the satisfaction of their customers. I started The Carpet Guys only 7 years ago and had no idea how to run a flooring business. I sold carpet for many years but literally had not a clue when it came down to the operations of a retail company. Luckily, when I started I had already hit bottom so I had literally nothing to lose. But more importantly I had several other really great companies around me that I could see what they did and try to mold.my business to be somewhat like theirs. Karpet and Flooring Mart we're excellent role models and still are because they have a brilliant marketing campaign. They give their followers good sound advice which can genuinely help the customer. They offer a great service and reasonable prices. They do not cheat people like many of the other well known names in our marketplace, they run a very solid legitimate and clean operation and I would recommend them to anyone. I enjoy seeing other very reputable floor covering dealers become successful in The Metro Detroit Area because it helps restore a good and very well deserved reputation of the skilled trades within our marketplace. The selection was fantastic. Our store consultant was courteous and helpful, going out of his way to make sure the measurement was done as quickly as possible...he came himself. We purchased during a sale that provided free labor, so we just paid for the carpet and padding. I was surprised though, that they had a $35 charge for measuring. The carpet was installed by 2 people who knew how to do the job properly and courteously. The finished job looks fantastic.
